Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and Denema Technologies for your use of NuruXplore.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must provide accurate registration and billing information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you lack legal capacity to contract, you may use NuruXplore only with the authorization required in your location.

2. Acceptable academic use

You may use NuruXplore to plan research, organize sources, create drafts, analyze user-provided data, revise writing, and learn. You must comply with institutional rules on AI assistance, attribution, ethics, research participants, and academic integrity. You must not represent unreviewed AI output as verified evidence or use the service to facilitate plagiarism, fabrication, impersonation, examination cheating, or other misconduct.

You must independently verify citations, quotations, statistics, laws, findings, calculations, and factual claims. NuruXplore may generate incomplete or incorrect material and does not guarantee that content is current, original, publication-ready, or accepted by any institution.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you upload and of rights you lawfully hold in your instructions and research. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, format, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service according to your privacy choices.

You confirm that you have permission to upload content and personal data, including papers, datasets, participant information, and supervisor material. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, confidential information you are not authorized to share, or unnecessary identifiers about research participants.

4. NuruXplore technology and generated output

NuruXplore and its software, branding, interfaces, prompt systems, and operational methods belong to Denema Technologies or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable right to use the service.

Rights in AI-generated output can vary by jurisdiction and input. We do not promise that output is unique or that another user will not receive similar material. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, attributing, and lawfully using output.

5. Plans, credits, payments, and renewals

Prices, currencies, credit allocations, and plan duration are shown before checkout. Credits are service units, have no cash value, are not transferable, and are consumed by listed actions. A payment does not add credits or access until Pesapal reports verified completion. Pending or failed transactions can be reviewed and retried from Billing & Usage.

Current monthly and yearly purchases provide access for the stated fixed period; they do not automatically renew unless checkout clearly states otherwise and you expressly authorize recurring payment. We may change future prices or credit costs, but changes do not retroactively reduce credits already granted.

6. Cancellations, reversals, and refunds

Failed or unverified payments do not receive credits. If a completed payment is reversed, charged back, fraudulent, or refunded, associated unused credits or plan access may be removed. Because credits fund immediately available digital services, completed and consumed credit purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we confirm a duplicate charge or service failure. Contact support with the payment reference for review.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not bypass access controls or credit charging; probe or disrupt infrastructure; scrape the service at scale; reverse engineer restricted components; upload malware; infringe rights; harass others; misrepresent identity or payment status; resell accounts; or use NuruXplore for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful activity.

8. Availability, suspension, and termination

We aim for reliable service but may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, provider availability, law, or business reasons. We may suspend accounts for material breach, fraud, security risk, or legal necessity. You may stop using the service and request deletion through My Account. Provisions that logically survive termination—including payment, intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and dispute terms—remain effective.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, NuruXplore is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular academic purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and acceptance by a supervisor, university, journal, funder, regulator, or ethics board. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost marks, opportunities, research data, reputation, profits, or expected savings arising from use of unverified output or breach of institutional rules. Our aggregate liability relating to paid service is limited to the amount you paid NuruXplore during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without overriding mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply in your country. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Subject to mandatory local rights, disputes may be brought before courts with lawful jurisdiction in Tanzania.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for changes in law, security, providers, or features. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted; if you disagree, stop using the service and request account closure.
